Six projects, and what actually happened afterwards

Every figure below was confirmed with the client before publication. Where we could not verify a number, we left it out.

Property group, Mayfair

Halden & Vale

The problem

A twelve-year-old property firm looked older than its competitors and was losing instructions to newer brands with better websites and worse service.

The strategy

We rebuilt the identity around the firm's actual advantage: the same surveyor stays with a client for the life of the relationship. That became the positioning, the photography direction and the tone of every piece of collateral.

What we made

Wordmark, typographic system, stationery, signage, 40-page brochure, presentation template and a written guideline document.

The outcome

Enquiries up 34% in the following quarter; three instructions won that the client credits directly to the new brochure.

DTC beauty, Manchester

Lumen Skincare

The problem

Fourteen products launching at once with no packaging system, four weeks before a retail buyer meeting.

The strategy

Rather than design fourteen boxes, we designed one system: a fixed grid, a single colour variable per range and a shared icon set. Any future SKU can be produced in an afternoon.

What we made

Packaging system, dielines, 60 social assets, launch film and an asset library the client's in-house designer now runs.

The outcome

Listed by two retailers from the first meeting; production artwork time per new product dropped from three days to four hours.

Gym chain, Birmingham

Orbit Fitness

The problem

The marketing team was spending eleven hours a week editing clips and still publishing inconsistently.

The strategy

We took over the edit entirely. Raw footage goes into a shared drive on Friday, nine finished cuts come back Monday, all graded and captioned to the same template.

What we made

90 short-form videos a month, caption system, thumbnail set, motion identity for intros and outros.

The outcome

Publishing frequency tripled; average watch time on reels up 41%; eleven hours a week returned to the marketing team.

Law firm, Leeds

Certus Legal

The problem

A complex service that nobody could explain in under ten minutes, and a sales team losing prospects at the explanation stage.

The strategy

Three animated explainers, each 75 seconds, each answering exactly one question a prospect asks. Written first as scripts, signed off before a single frame was animated.

What we made

Three explainer animations, kinetic type versions for social, and a slide deck that reuses the same visual language.

The outcome

Sales cycle shortened by an average of nine days; the explainers are now sent before every first meeting.

Estate agency, Surrey

Ravenwood Estates

The problem

Thirty listings needing film in a month, previously shot and edited by five different freelancers with five different looks.

The strategy

One grading LUT, one music library, one edit template and a strict shot list. Consistency became the product; agents could promise a client exactly what they would receive.

What we made

30 property films, a vertical cut of each for social, agent intro templates and a reusable edit project file.

The outcome

Average time on listing pages up 2.4x; the agency now refuses to take a listing without a film.

Restaurant group, London

Sabora Kitchen

The problem

Three sites trading under one name but looking like three different businesses, with delivery packaging that leaked brand equity to the courier apps.

The strategy

We unified the identity, then designed the delivery experience as the primary brand touchpoint, because that is where most customers now meet the business first.

What we made

Logo refresh, menu system, delivery packaging, livery, shopfront artwork and 12 months of social templates.

The outcome

Direct delivery orders up 22% against courier-app orders in six months.
