Before you ask
Do you charge VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. UK clients are charged VAT at the prevailing rate; clients outside the UK are invoiced without it under the usual place-of-supply rules.
Can I pause a monthly plan?
Yes. Plans can be paused for up to two months in any twelve-month period with a week's notice, and resumed at the same rate.
What counts as one design request?
One deliverable and its sensible variants. A social post plus its story and carousel version is one request. A full packaging range is not.
How do payments work?
Projects are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month by bank transfer, card or direct debit.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date.
What if I only need one small thing?
The Starter package covers single projects. For anything smaller than that, message us and we will quote it flat.
