Who we are

Prime Walkier LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, with its studio at 50 The Limes Avenue, London, United Kingdom, N11 1RH. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at primewalkierltd@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, company name and anything you write in a brief or enquiry form.
• Information we collect automatically. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, plus analytics data if you consent to it.
• Project material. Files, footage, copy and brand assets you send us in order for the work to be produced.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver and support the work you have commissioned — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — a legal obligation.
• To improve the website and understand how it is used — our legitimate interest, or your consent where cookies are involved.
• To send occasional studio updates — only with your consent, withdrawable in one click.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate: our email provider, cloud storage, accounting software and, where a project requires it, print or production partners. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers store data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records and project files are kept for at least three years after the final invoice, and for six years where tax law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email primewalkierltd@gmail.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data and reloading the site.

Security

Data is held on encrypted storage with access limited to staff who need it. Client files are shared through access-controlled folders rather than public links.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell active clients by email.
